How it works?
Local Caeer Coach is suitable for people who are interested in obtaining work experience in the Australian workforce. It is suitable for people who have ICT education and training such as University, trade certifications, overseas experience, and Work Integrated Learnig (WIL) participants.
You work through tiers one (1) to three (3) in the program. Each tier is a milestone built on each other, designed to build your existing ICT knowledge, Australian business culture and strategically build your hands on skills. You must pass each tier before you progressing to the next. The expert level four (4) are reserved for experience candidates who are experts in the industry.
Students who have little to no work experience in Australia, we advise a 12 month long program as you would need to build a portfolio of soft and technical skills.
English skills: As part of your training, you will gain lots of English practice if you have passed English skills test such as IELST/PTE level 8 (or equivalent) you would benefit from a job rotational pathway.
